  • What if I am not happy with my service?
    No problem, we back what we do and guarantee our work, because we aren't happy until you are. If you are not satisfied, we will continue working on your vehicle until you are happy with the results. And if, for any reason, you remain unsatisfied, we will gladly refund your entire payment. Your satisfaction is our promise.
  • What is the difference between Autotriz 3D Matrix Ultra and 3D Matrix Pro?
    The Ultra package as well as the pro package both include the same preparation process. However, they differ through the fact that the Pro package requires a 2 coating method in which a base coat and top coat are applied separately, thus providing an extra layer of protection and durability. In comparison, the Ultra package only requires a single coat and is warrantied 7 years, rather than the 10 years that the Pro package provides. See our ceramic coating page to learn more.
  • What is the cost of a detail?
    The final price of each vehicle may slightly vary. It is dependent on several different factors such as the package you choose, the severity of your vehicle, or any add-on services that you would like to be performed. We strive to provide accurate estimates and we will provide you with a personalized quote before beginning any work to ensure complete transparency.   • How should I care for my vehicle after it has been ceramic coated?
    It is a common misconception that once a vehicle is ceramic coated it can withstand anything that is thrown at it, however that is simply not the case. Though it is an ultimate form of protection, it is important to take care of and maintain the ceramic coating in order to maximize its benefits and prolong its durability. Some tips may look like: do NOT wash the vehicle for 2-3 weeks after the ceramic coating application. pre-rinsing to remove loose dirt or debris that can cause damage to the coating. using a pH-neutral car wash soap and a microfibre wash mitt/pad. avoid washing in direct sunlight and keeping the vehicles temperature down. safely drying the vehicle with a microfibre drying towel or air blower. applying a ceramic enhancing sealant to boost gloss and hydrophobicity. avoid using automatic car washes as they can scratch or damage the coating.   • Do you offer maintenance plans after I get a detail or ceramic coating?
    Yes, for existing customers we offer a maintenance plan that is fully catered to your personal needs. For example, the colour of the vehicle, the size of the vehicle, how long between each detail, your lifestyle, etc. It all begins with the service of your choice, which we will then maintain on a monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly basis for a fixed price. However, it is important to note that your vehicle will need to come in at-least once a month, because any longer would not be seen as "maintenance." Book your first appointment to get started!
  • What is the difference between the Deluxe Detail and the Signature Detail?
    The main difference between the Deluxe package and the Signature package is that unlike the Deluxe package, the Signature package also includes a one-step paint correction. In other words, both packages virtually include the same services, but prior to the decontamination stage, the Signature Detail will include a one-step paint correction, where the Deluxe Detail does not. So, if you are looking to remove minor scratches or swirls, water spots, and light oxidation, the Signature Detail package is perfect for you!
  • How often should I have my vehicle detailed?
    The frequency of detailing ultimately depends on your individual needs and how often you use your vehicle. For some, it may be an annual service, for others it may be a monthly service, or you might fall somewhere in between. If you are an existing customer, we also offer maintenance plans.   • What is a ceramic coating, and how does it protect my car?
    A ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that is applied to the exterior of a vehicle to protect it from damage and enhance its appearance. The coating chemically bonds with and hardens onto the surface of the vehicle, ultimately protecting a vehicle's paint from fading or oxidizing due to extensive exposure to sunlight, and they can also help repel water, dirt, and other contaminants, making it easier to clean the vehicle. Overall, a ceramic coating can provide long-lasting protection to a vehicle's exterior, improving its durability and making it easier to maintain its appearance.
  • How long does each service take?
    The duration of each service depends on the condition and size of your vehicle, as well as the type of service being done. Other than ceramic coating jobs, we can typically finish within the same day. We always strive to provide an efficient and timely service, and we will always communicate the estimated time-frame of completion.
